Terms

• The ADVERTISER agrees to make payment with the submisison of each ad or be invoiced an additional 10% as a loss of pre-paid discount.
• The PUBLISHER'S liability for errors is limited to no more thaan the cost of the ad space affected by the error.
• All advertising copy submitted by the ADVERTISER must be typed on an approved advertising form in order to receive error credit.
• No ads will be accepted on accounts deemed to be past due by the PUBILSHER.
• If this agreement is signed by an ADVERTISING AGENCY, the agency accepts responsibility for payment on this account.
• The ADVERTISER shall pay costs of collection, late fees of 1.5% per 28 days past due, and reasonable attorney's fees if needed due to non-payment.
• The rate card is part of this agreement.
